Steps to Set Up Mail Forwarding on cPanel or Webmail Forwarding to Outshorse:

Step 1: Log In to cPanel

  1. Access your cPanel account using your login credentials.

  2. Often, cPanel can be accessed by visiting yourdomain.com/cpanel in your browser.

Step 2: Open the Forwarders Section

  1. Navigate to the Email section on the cPanel dashboard.

  2. Click the Forwarders button to proceed.

Step 3: Add a New Forwarder

  1. On the Forwarders page, click Add Forwarder to create a new forwarding rule.

Step 4: Enter the Email Address to Forward

  1. In the Address to Forward field, type the username (the part of the email address before the "@" symbol) for the email you want to forward.

  2. Use the dropdown menu to select the domain associated with the email address.

Step 5: Specify the Destination Email

  1. In the Destination section, enter the full email address where emails should be forwarded (e.g., test@outshorse.com).

  2. Optional: If you need to forward emails to multiple addresses, separate each email with a comma (e.g., email1@example.com,email2@another-domain.com).

Step 6: Save the Forwarder

  1. Click Add Forwarder to finalize the setup.

Step 7: Confirm the Forwarder

  1. A confirmation message will appear summarizing the forwarding rule you created. For example:
    "All email sent to email@example.com will now be forwarded to test@outshorse.com."

  2. Your forwarder will now appear in the Email Account Forwarders list, confirming it has been successfully added.
