Steps to Set Up Mail Forwarding on Gmail to Outshorse:

Let's get started!

Step 1: Open Gmail Settings

  • Log in to your Gmail account at gmail.com.

  • Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.

  • From the dropdown menu, click See all settings.

Step 2: Navigate to the Forwarding Tab

  • In the Settings menu, go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

Step 3: Add a Forwarding Address

  • Under the Forwarding section, click Add a forwarding address.

  • Enter the email address provided by Outshorse (e.g., centre@outshorse.com or another designated address from our team).

  • Click Next, then confirm by clicking Proceed in the popup window.

Step 4: Confirm the Forwarding Email

  • Gmail will send a confirmation email to the Outshorse team. The email will contain a verification link. Once the Outshorse team clicks the link, forwarding will be verified.

  • After completing the steps up to this point, please contact our team to confirm you’ve successfully set up mail forwarding. You can reach us at support@outshorse.com.

  • You don’t need to wait for verification to proceed. You can continue with the remaining steps while the Outshorse team completes the verification process.

Step 5: Enable Forwarding

  • Select Forward a copy of incoming mail to and choose the Outshorse-provided email address from the dropdown menu.

  • Choose how Gmail handles forwarded messages (e.g., Keep Gmail’s copy in the Inbox).

Step 6: Save Changes

  • Scroll down and click Save Changes to finalize the setup.

Emails sent to your Gmail account will now be forwarded to Outshorse.
