Steps to Set Up Mail Forwarding on Outlook Web to Outshorse:
Let's get started!
Step 1: Open Outlook Web

Log in to your Outlook account at outlook.com.

Click on the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Access Mail Settings

In the Settings pane, navigate to the Mail section, then select Forwarding and IMAP from the sidebar menu.


Step 3: Enable Forwarding

Under the Forwarding section, check the box labeled Enable forwarding.

Enter the email address provided by Outshorse (e.g., centre@outshorse.com) in the forwarding address field.

Step 4: Keep a Copy (Optional)

Check the box labeled Keep a copy of forwarded messages if you’d like Outlook to retain a copy of forwarded emails in your inbox.

This option ensures you always have access to the original email in Outlook.

Step 5: Save Changes

Once you've entered the forwarding address and selected your preferences, click Save to apply the changes.

Step 6: Notify the Outshorse Team

Outlook will automatically start forwarding emails to the Outshorse-provided address.

Contact our team at support@outshorse.com to confirm you’ve set up mail forwarding.
